We do not sell, trade, or share your personal or health information with third parties for marketing purposes. However, we may share your information in the following circumstances:

• With Your Consent: We may share information with other healthcare professionals or entities when you provide explicit consent. This is only through written approval surrounding the individual, entity, provider, time and specific reason/information you are permitting to be shared.

• Legal Requirements: If required by law, we may be obligated to share information for legal or safety reasons. This included if an individual is deemed to be at risk of being harmed, harming others or harming themselves.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
